Seeking a Warm and Engaging Full Time or Part Time Nanny
About The Position
The family in Minnetonka is seeking a loving, energetic, and dedicated nanny to care for three children ages 4.5 years, 2 years, and 2 months as their mother returns to work after maternity leave. The nanny will provide consistent, warm, and structured care in a pet-free household, prioritizing the children’s health, safety, and happiness. The family values an adaptable partner who can work with demanding and variable schedules and become an extension of the family. The role emphasizes hands-on, screen-free engagement, including outdoor exploration, active play, neighborhood walks, visits to local parks, and indoor creative activities. The nanny will transport the 4.5-year-old to and from preschool during the school year using a vehicle provided for work-related use. Other child-focused duties include preparing meals, cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas and toys, and completing light child-related housekeeping and children’s laundry as time permits. Quality interaction with the children remains the priority. The family is considering either a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, with 40 guaranteed hours per week within a 6:30 AM–6:30 PM availability window, or a part-time schedule of 2–3 days per week within that same availability window. The position is based in Minnetonka and is scheduled to start January 1, 2028. Compensation is $24.00–$28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and relevant education.
Requirements
- Experience with infants, toddlers, and young children.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- High reliability and flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Provide warm, safe, consistent care for three children ages 4.5 years, 2 years, and 2 months.
