Full Time Nanny
About The Position
We are seeking a caring, dependable nanny to provide attentive childcare in a private family home in Edmond/Arcadia, Oklahoma. The role includes caring for children at home and while accompanying the family on occasional trips, including overnight stays. The nanny will support children’s routines, development, daily needs, and behavior using parent-approved strategies, while communicating regularly with parents and maintaining family confidentiality. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications; the regular schedule, travel expectations, and travel compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
- Previous professional nanny or childcare experience.
- Experience supporting children’s behavioral and emotional development.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Availability for a full-time schedule and occasional travel, including overnight stays.
- Strong professional references and willingness to complete a background check.
- A patient, dependable, and professional approach.

- Registered Behavioral Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive childcare at home and while traveling.
- Maintain consistent routines for meals, naps, learning, and play.
- Plan age-appropriate activities that support emotional, social, and educational development.
- Use positive reinforcement and parent-approved strategies to support behavior.
- Assist with meals, dressing, hygiene, and other daily needs.
- Transport children to activities and appointments as needed.
- Handle child-related laundry and keep children’s spaces organized.
- Assist with packing and maintaining children’s routines during family trips.
- Communicate regularly with parents and maintain family confidentiality.
