Full Time / Part Time Nanny
About The Position
Jovie is seeking engaging, creative, fun, and flexible individuals to join their on-call team as a back-up nanny. This position is ideal for those with previous experience as a babysitter, daycare worker, nanny, or church nursery volunteer, as well as retired teachers. The role offers a flexible schedule that can accommodate school, family, or other part-time commitments. Nannies will care for children ranging from infants to toddlers in their homes, with the highest demand for care for children under the age of two. Responsibilities include ensuring child safety, leading hands-on activities based on observed age-appropriate development, and performing common-sense clean-up related to activities or meals with the child. Transportation of children is not required, nor are household duties beyond the scope of childcare activities.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Experience working with children, paid or unpaid, infant experience mandatory
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area
- Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6 - 8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
- Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor

Responsibilities
