About The Position
The family is seeking a curious, engaging part-time nanny to care for one 5-month-old child in Lakeville. The nanny will provide loving, attentive infant care, support the child’s development through play, and encourage her natural curiosity. The family values asking questions rather than making assumptions. The role includes preparing and feeding bottles and infant meals as the child grows, managing the child’s laundry, and completing light household tasks related to the baby. Both parents work from home in dedicated office spaces. The household has a friendly 8-year-old Miniature Schnauzer named Felix, weighing approximately 25 pounds. Two older teenagers live in the home from time to time but are independent and do not require care. As the household follows a Kosher Jewish diet, outside food brought into the home should be free of pork, shellfish, and gelatin.
Requirements
- Proven infant care experience.
- Glowing references.
- Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
- Alignment with the family’s values of open communication, curiosity, and warmth.
