About The Position
A loving, active family is seeking a reliable, responsible, and energetic nanny to care for three children: a 3-year-old who attends a part-time 3K program, a 2-year-old, and an infant. The nanny will provide nurturing, developmentally supportive care and help the children learn, grow, and stay engaged through daily routines and enrichment activities. The nanny will collaborate with the family on enrichment goals while bringing creative ideas and structuring the daily routine. The role includes full-day care for the 2-year-old and infant, as well as care for the 3-year-old on days he does not attend 3K. The nanny will transport the 3-year-old to and from school, assist with hygiene, dressing, and bathing, and maintain a flexible routine for naps, wake windows, and meals. Household support includes preparing children's meals, managing children's laundry, tidying, light housekeeping, and vacuuming. The family has two dogs, a 40-pound terrier mix and a 70-pound lab mix, so comfort with pets is essential. The children enjoy outdoor activities such as walks, bike rides, soccer, and t-ball, as well as reading, crafts, and sensory play indoors.
