About The Position

The Nail Technician provides professional nail care treatments at the eforea Spa at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, creating memorable guest experiences through attentive hospitality. Services include manicures, pedicures, polish applications, acrylics, paraffin treatments, and other nail services, delivered according to the spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards. The role also supports daily spa operations and maintains clean work areas, adequate supplies, and accurate service and compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to support an exceptional spa experience.
• Perform manicures, pedicures, polish applications, acrylics, paraffin treatments, and other nail services according to the spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
• Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
• Monitor nail care product and tool inventory, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nail care techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with general spa duties as needed to support seamless service.
• Accurately complete required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
