About The Position

As a Food Server at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, you provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. You are expected to bring a friendly, upbeat approach to guest interactions, learn the menu and current promotions, process orders through the point-of-sale system, deliver orders promptly, and maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service station. The role also requires compliance with applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively seek ways to make each guest’s meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
