The role also responds to staff and patron information requests in a manner consistent with museum customer-service standards. Work involves sustained standing and walking. Incumbents may work any or rotating shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed; they may be assigned to the South San Francisco location and may be required to carry a firearm.
