About The Position

BAM is hiring a Multisite Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and help keep its properties in excellent condition. The role calls for mechanical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general property upkeep, as well as attention to grounds, common areas, and curb appeal. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining BAM’s standards and supporting a positive living experience for residents. The position offers a pay range of $25–$30 USD, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and free rent or housing discounts.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in property maintenance.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train maintenance staff in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general property upkeep.
• Ensure systems and facilities meet BAM’s brand standards and provide a positive resident experience.
• Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent maintenance issues.
• Coach and support team members through training, feedback, and ongoing development.
• Manage budgets and purchase supplies to keep maintenance operations efficient.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and property curb appeal.
