About The Position

Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to lead high-quality cabinet, countertop, and finish carpentry installations. The role emphasizes precision, craftsmanship, troubleshooting, and leading by example while mentoring other carpenters and coordinating with Project Managers and Designers. This is full-time, W-2 employment with steady, year-round work. The position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus to qualified new hires after successful completion of 90 consecutive days of employment, subject to company eligibility requirements, terms, conditions, and required approvals. Salary is based on experience, up to $37.50 per hour.

Requirements

• 10+ years of carpentry or cabinet installation experience.
• Strong custom cabinetry and finish carpentry skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving experience.
• Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

• OSHA 10 Certification.
