About The Position

Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to lead cabinet, countertop, and finish carpentry installations. The role calls for a craftsperson who takes pride in quality work, solves problems, and leads by example. This is a full-time, year-round position with W-2 employment. Qualified new hires may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 90 consecutive days of employment, subject to company eligibility requirements, terms, conditions, and approvals.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of carpentry or cabinet installation experience.
• Strong custom cabinetry and finish carpentry skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving experience.
• Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cabinet, countertop, and finish carpentry installations.
