About The Position

BAM is hiring a Multisite Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and help maintain its properties. The role uses mechanical expertise to keep HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems operating smoothly and to maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal. The supervisor ensures facilities meet BAM’s brand standards and support a positive resident experience, oversees preventive maintenance, develops the team through coaching and training, and manages budgets and supply purchases to keep operations efficient. The position offers free rent and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Pay is $25–$30 USD, with the amount based on factors including location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in property maintenance.
EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Attention to detail.
Ability to lead by example and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
