About The Position

Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic imaging procedures in at least two modalities as requested by a licensed physician. Produces high-quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period and performs other related duties as assigned.

Produces images safely and efficiently, completes required exams, sends studies to the reading station for radiologist review, and completes associated documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited imaging program.
• CT/MRI registry eligible.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in more than one modality.
• ARRT (R) certification and documentation of CT or MRI experience.
• Must obtain an advanced credential in CT or MRI within one year of hire.
• AHA BLS certification.
• State license if required.
