About The Position

The Multimodality Tech performs a variety of radiological procedures, including vascular, invasive, interventional, and computerized tomographic examinations. The role requires highly technical skills to operate sophisticated equipment and the ability to perform the duties of an ARRT Technologist when not performing CT. On-call procedures are performed when indicated.

The technologist produces high-quality images safely and efficiently, completes required exams, sends studies to the reading station for radiologist review, and completes associated documentation.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and exchange information with patients and staff.
• Prior general radiology experience.
• Completion of a JRCERT-approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.
• Current certification and registration in Radiography through ARRT, CRT, and CPR.
• Current Arizona CTCT license.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of CT experience.
• Computed Tomography R.T. (R) (CT) (ARRT) certification.
