About The Position
The X Ray Tech performs radiology work using mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment. This traveler position is for 13 weeks in Elgin, Illinois. The posting lists a shift schedule of 23:00–07:00 and also lists 7–3:30 Monday through Friday, with every other Saturday and Sunday. The stated start and end dates are November 16, 2026, through February 14, 2027. Pay is $35–$40 per hour. Requirements
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by the state.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
- Proficient computer skills.
- One year of acute clinical radiology experience.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
- Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited program.
