About The Position

The Operations Designee role at Love’s is an intensive, fast-paced leadership experience designed to prepare the employee for multi-unit leadership. The role includes immersive training in financial management, team leadership, and strategic execution, with mentorship from senior leaders. It requires adaptability, precision, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The position requires travel, work, and training across multiple locations to support operations, build skills, and promote consistent performance and standards. The role oversees daily retail operations and identifies opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational performance. It also involves mentoring teams, analyzing metrics, optimizing budgets, and developing strategies to improve profitability and efficiency while supporting Love’s culture.

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate.
• Must be able to travel, work, and train across multiple locations.
• Physical demands include regular talking and hearing; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing; occasional lifting or moving of items over 50 pounds; and specific vision abilities.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility for multiple units preferred.

• Mentor and empower teams across multiple locations, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive business growth.
• Analyze key metrics, optimize budgets, and develop strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
