Multi-Unit General Manager

As a General Manager at Blank Street, you will be responsible for building and leading a world-class business and team across multiple locations. Your main focus will be on creating a strong presence within the community and ensuring that Blank Street's goals and vision are fulfilled. • Build a world-class business and team within the neighborhood
• Oversee and be held accountable for 4-5 Blank Street locations
• Work independently while thriving in a team environment
• Motivate and inspire teams in the Cafes to fulfill and represent Blank Street's goals and vision
• Become part of the community's infrastructure and serve customers with passion, care, and precision
• Give amazing hospitality experiences and influence the team to do the same
• Serve the community and make a big local impact
• Provide quality product through flawless execution
• Empower the team to give customers what they need every day
• Excel in high growth environments and handle competing priorities
• Complete schedules and timecards according to state and FWW laws
• Recruit super star talent for backfills, seasonal peak sales trends, or new store openings
• Develop and grow teams and address performance-related issues
• Build ties with neighborhood businesses and people to grow local brand loyalty and goodwill
• Uphold company standard NPS scores and take action on feedback to improve
• Champion store financial performance and meet sales goals
• Maintain operational excellence in store environment, cleanliness, and brand expectations
• Manage ordering, vendor relations, waste management, inventory counts, and compliance
• Ensure all locations meet quality audit standards
• Celebrate positive customer feedback and address negative comments

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
• Dynamic leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams
• Customer-centric mindset and focus on quality product and flawless execution
• Ability to excel in high growth environments and handle competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of state laws and FWW laws related to scheduling and timecards
• Experience in recruiting and hiring talent

• $80,000 annual salary
