Multi-Unit Assistant General Manager

As a Multi-Unit Assistant General Manager at Blank Street, your main focus will be on supporting and developing your team. You will act as a mentor to your employees, ensuring their happiness and providing them with the necessary tools for success. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the stores' environment, fostering a positive team culture, and driving sales. This role reports to the General Manager and requires a strong commitment to LMS compliance and operational excellence.

• Support and promote the development of employees
• Act as a mentor to employees and ensure they have everything they need to succeed
• Ensure the stores' environment is in the best shape
• Set the tone for the neighborhood's culture
• Ensure LMS compliance and look for ways to improve company processes
• Lead the neighborhood to sales victory and support in-store teams to achieve sales goals
• Deeply care for and coach teammates
• Train new employees using the company's LMS and progression pathways
• Ensure teams arrive on time and address attendance issues
• Develop teams in a timely manner and handle coffee accreditation
• Build and foster a local team culture unique to the neighborhood
• Maintain high eNPS scores and address team morale issues
• Have a thorough understanding of the company's products and communicate it to customers and teammates
• Maintain coffee quality standards and assist coffee trainers
• Ensure operational and brand excellence
• Plan for adverse weather according to company policies
• Follow up on pest control services and mitigate any issues
• Support Store Leaders in addressing maintenance issues

• Develop teams and handle coffee accreditation in a timely manner

• Maintain coffee quality standards and assist coffee trainers

• Ensure pest control services are followed up and mitigate any issues
• Support Store Leaders in addressing maintenance issues quickly

• $62,500 annual salary
