About The Position

The Multi-Store Supervisor supports the success of multiple stores in a district by helping create a positive, high-energy environment and ensuring operational and customer service standards are met. The role involves traveling locally between nearby stores as needed and working alongside Team Members. The position offers set schedules and four-day work weeks, with every other weekend off. The stated starting rate is $18.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed if travel exceeds 30 miles one way.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, help them develop service skills, and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
