About The Position

The Multi-Store Supervisor supports operations across multiple stores in a district, helping create a positive, high-energy atmosphere and ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met. The role involves traveling locally to nearby stores as required and working an overnight shift. Sheetz describes the position as offering career growth opportunities as the company expands. The starting rate is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid as $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days. The position offers set schedules and every other weekend off, with four-day work weeks.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Demonstrated experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed if travel exceeds 30 miles one way.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.
