About The Position

The Multi-Store Supervisor supports store success across multiple locations in a district, helping create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. The role involves traveling locally to nearby stores, delegating work, supporting daily operations, and maintaining operational, customer service, safety, and compliance standards. Schedules are set, with every other weekend off and a four-day work week. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Demonstrated experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel exceeding 30 miles one way.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members and help them develop skills to provide exceptional service.
Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Promote a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
