About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to provide customers with a positive, hospitable experience. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, supporting and coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
