About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple nearby stores in a district, helping create a positive, high-energy environment. This role delegates work to Store Team Members, supports daily operations, mentors and develops team members, and helps maintain customer service, safety, and compliance standards. The supervisor provides performance feedback to the General Manager and travels locally to support stores as needed. The posting describes set schedules, every other weekend off, and four-day work weeks.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles one way.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, help them develop service skills, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
