About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple locations in the district by coordinating Team Members, maintaining operational and customer service standards, and helping create a positive, high-energy store environment. The role involves traveling locally to nearby stores as needed and working alongside Team Members to keep operations running smoothly. Schedules are set, with every other weekend off and four-day work weeks. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Demonstrated experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel exceeding 30 miles one way.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, help them develop service skills, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
