Multi-Site Property Manager

F&F Properties•San Diego, CA
•$72,400 - $75,000•Onsite

About The Position

F&F Property Management is hiring a full-time, exempt Multi-Site Property Manager to manage a pod of nearby multifamily properties in San Diego County. The role is based at the company’s San Diego main office and involves regular travel between properties. The manager is accountable for portfolio performance, including NOI, delinquency, renewals, and unit-turn costs, and supervises the onsite property managers while partnering with maintenance technicians. A centralized operations team handles applications, lease preparation, notices, move-in and move-out paperwork, security deposit accounting, and maintenance scheduling, allowing the manager to focus on site operations, residents, and financial results. The schedule begins at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, with some flexibility. Because property management is a 24/7 business, weekend and evening coverage is sometimes necessary, shared among the team. The position requires regular property visits and driving between sites. Physical demands include walking properties, climbing stairs, conducting inspections, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation is $72,384–$75,000 per year, depending on experience, with an opportunity for a bonus of up to 10% based on NOI, turn costs, and renewal performance. Benefits listed include a vehicle and phone stipend, medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k), an employee rent discount at F&F Properties, PTO, and select paid holidays.
