About The Position

The Multi-Site Marketing Manager is responsible for all in-house marketing activities at the Park City, Utah, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado, sites. The role directly manages the in-house marketing team, maintains site marketing conversion and an excellent owner experience, and coordinates with Resort, Sales, and Corporate/Regional In-House Marketing leadership.

Requirements

• Timeshare experience in sales and marketing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a rotating combination of days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with customers and salespeople.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle simultaneous situations and departmental problems.
• Knowledge of commission payroll and its processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to interact with multiple departments within the company.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of management or supervisory experience, or two years of equivalent timeshare experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, assign, and direct the work of the in-house marketing team; conduct performance reviews; motivate and reward employees; and address discipline, termination, and conflict resolution as needed.
• Maintain total site marketing conversion according to site marketing standards.
• Resolve issues related to tour statuses, bookings, coding, and similar matters.
• Maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests for reference.
• Prepare and run daily and weekly reports.
• Compile performance data for each team member.
• Coordinate with Sales management regarding available tour seats and potential tour flow.
• Ensure pertinent Marketing and Concierge information is disseminated properly and promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales regarding new or changed marketing programs, including booking and gifting policies.
• Submit employee payroll on time.
• Perform other related functions as needed.
