About The Position

Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to serve as the face of two or more properties. The role provides customer service to prospective and current residents, drives leasing goals, and supports welcoming communities. Compensation is $24 to $26 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses. The stated schedule is Tuesday through Saturday; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required as needed. The position also involves participation in team functions and regional or company activities. The consultant shows and leases apartments, processes applications, supports move-ins, and helps maintain occupancy through market surveys and marketing strategies. The role also addresses resident inquiries, processes maintenance requests, maintains accurate resident files, updates availability and calendars, inspects units, assists with administrative and turnover duties, and handles resident collections. Core duties may change at company discretion. The position requires regular sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands and arms, with occasional climbing. It involves extended computer or telephone use, lifting up to 25 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance, and responding to visual and auditory alarms. Work takes place indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts constructively.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to perform the described physical duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance, and working indoors and outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents at multiple properties.
Assist with market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
Guide residents through the move-in process.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.
Process maintenance requests and coordinate with the team to support timely resolution.
Maintain complete and accurate resident files.
Update unit availability and community calendars daily.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure units meet move-in-ready standards.
Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
Handle resident collections in accordance with company standards.
Participate in team functions and regional or company activities.
