About The Position

AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support AMLI 3464, AMLI Buckhead, and AMLI Flatiron, three luxury Atlanta communities totaling 911 apartment homes. The role serves as an AMLI brand ambassador and supports occupancy and revenue by helping prospective residents find the community that best suits their needs. Working across multiple properties provides access to a larger apartment inventory and more leasing opportunities.

The consultant conducts tours, builds relationships with prospects, follows up on leads, converts inquiries into leases, prepares lease agreements, processes applications, and assists with renewals and retention. The role also supports marketing and outreach, resident events, and move-in experiences, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and neighborhood attractions at all three communities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Saturday availability.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professional presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized tours and showcase luxury apartment homes and community amenities.
• Build relationships with prospects and identify their housing needs.
• Follow up on leads through phone, email, text, and online inquiries.
• Convert traffic into leases while achieving leasing goals.
• Prepare lease agreements and process applications.
• Assist with resident renewals and retention efforts.
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Create exceptional move-in experiences for new residents.
• Support resident events and community engagement programs.
• Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and neighborhood attractions across all three communities.
