Multi-site Leasing Consultant
About The Position
Gross Residential is seeking a qualified Leasing Professional with a positive attitude and professional presentation skills to present apartments and community amenities. This multi-site position travels to different apartment communities throughout the Murfreesboro, Tennessee area. Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is desired, but the right candidate will be trained. Candidates should be organized and have strong computer skills. The Leasing Consultant leases vacant apartments to prospective residents, communicates the value of residency, responds to inquiries, processes applications and leasing paperwork, and supports resident relations and service requests. The role follows a varied schedule that includes weekends and some holidays as required. Requirements
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is desired; training is available for the right candidate.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills to overcome objections and resolve issues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain records and schedules.
- Positive attitude and professional presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Lease vacant apartments to prospective residents by communicating the value of residency.
- Provide prospective residents with information about community amenities.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective residents.
- Compile leasing paperwork accurately.
- Process applications.
- Explain leases and appropriate addenda to new residents.
- Assist with resident relations.
- Facilitate service requests and forward them to maintenance staff.
- Adhere to a varied work schedule, including weekends and some holidays, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
