About The Position

Austin Country Club is searching for a full-time Multi-Outlet Bartender to join their exceptional Food & Beverage team in Austin, TX. This role involves creating memorable experiences by serving handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages while building genuine connections with members. The bartender will also prepare and stock bar areas, monitor inventory, recommend food and beverage pairings, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist with club events and special functions. The position requires collaboration with teammates and supporting member needs to ensure exceptional service. Throughout each shift, the bartender will balance hospitality, attention to detail, and professionalism while keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements

High school diploma or GE
1+ years of experience in a restaurant, bartending, or barista setting
A base knowledge of Beer, Wine & Liquor
TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications
Excellent communication skills
Presentable
Fast-paced
Team player
Genuine
Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to create classic and craft cocktails
Ability to Stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
