About The Position

Townsquare Media Group is hiring a Multi-Media Account Executive for its Kalamazoo sales team. This is a full-time, in-office, full-cycle sales role focused on building and managing a book of business, bringing in new clients, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts. The Account Executive sells broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorship solutions to help local businesses grow. Success depends on building trust, delivering results, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business.
• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent the company’s broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorship solutions.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and return on investment.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
