MRI Technologist - Weekends
About The Position
Fairfax Radiology Centers is hiring a part-time MRI Technologist for its outpatient MRI center in Falls Church/Tysons, Virginia. The role works Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with no holidays or call. The center has GE 3T Premier and GE 1.5T Artist MRI systems. Technologists with experience on GE, Siemens, or Philips systems are welcome, and GE-specific training is provided. The technologist performs routine and specialty MRI exams, produces high-quality diagnostic images, follows MRI safety standards and best practices, and supports patients with clear communication and reassurance. The role also involves maintaining imaging protocols and accurate PACS/RIS documentation and collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and technologists. Requirements
- At least 6 months of MRI experience or completion of a formal MRI training program.
- ARRT (R) or MRI certification, or ARMRIT certification.
- BLS certification.

Responsibilities
