About The Position

Invision Sally Jobe provides outpatient diagnostic imaging services through imaging centers in the South Denver area. The organization is a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne, and offers services including MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-ray, and image-guided biopsies. Its mission is to improve community health through high-quality imaging and associated medical care.

The MRI Technologist independently operates MRI equipment and performs examinations to produce high-quality images. The role involves positioning and informing patients, documenting exams and obtaining interpretations, following MRI safety protocols, managing patient priorities, and acting as a first responder when needed. The position is part-time and reports to the Regional Manager of Clinical Operations. Available locations are Lone Tree and Greenwood Village.

Requirements

• ARRT (MR) certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exemplary patient care and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of magnetic resonance experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate MRI equipment and perform MRI exams to produce high-quality images.
• Correctly and efficiently position patients for imaging.
• Provide patients with clear and detailed information about procedures and care.
• Complete appropriate documentation and obtain an interpretation for each exam.
• Adhere to MRI safety protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
• Manage patient priority and act as a first responder when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
