About The Position

Spring Gardens Senior Living in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing Director and the community’s marketing goals. The role supports effective planning of move-ins, move-outs, and other sales activities. It includes coordinating resident paperwork and apartment readiness, helping new residents through the move-in process, providing administrative support to the Marketing Department, and participating in sales, marketing, and community outreach activities.

Requirements

One year of sales or administrative experience.
Thorough working knowledge of personal computers and software, including Microsoft Office.
Professional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents, families, guests, and associates.

Nice To Haves

Previous senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage residents’ move-in paperwork and maintain files.
Coordinate apartment refurbishing, cleaning, and inspection after move-out and before move-in with community team members.
Communicate daily with the Sales and Marketing Director and other key team members about the status of prospective move-ins.
Coordinate an efficient and welcoming move-in process for new residents.
Ensure paperwork completion, apartment preparation, move scheduling, community support, resident orientation, and housewarming-party preparation.
Provide administrative support for the Marketing Department.
Represent the community and increase awareness by participating in outside events, professional groups, and community involvement as directed by the Sales and Marketing Director.
Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing monthly prospect and/or referral-source activities and events specified by the community marketing plan.
Assist the Sales and Marketing Director in executing marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals, including conducting tours, making calls, answering inquiries, attending events, community outreach, and other directed activities.
