The position also supports branch goals, provides customer service, identifies opportunities to cross-sell or refer other bank products, and maintains working knowledge of relevant banking regulations, policies, lending products, deposit products, and e-banking services. Employees are expected to complete annual assigned training and policy acknowledgments, communicate problems to a supervisor, collaborate with coworkers, adapt to changing duties, and complete work efficiently and accurately.
