Mortgage Branch Manager (Bilingual in Chinese)
About The Position
The Mortgage Branch Manager is part of the Lending team and is responsible for driving mortgage production and developing strategies to generate new business. The role oversees mortgage operations in the Las Vegas region, leads and develops branch staff, manages compliance and risk, and works to grow revenue while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. The manager identifies opportunities across a range of mortgage and lending products and builds relationships with clients, realtors, funders, and other business partners. The position requires bilingual Mandarin Chinese ability and an active NMLS license. Calyx Point proficiency is preferred.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.
- Active NMLS license.
- At least 5 years of experience in mortgage origination.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients, referral partners, and team members.

- Proficiency in Calyx Point loan origination software.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities involving stated income, conventional, hard money, bridge, non-qualified mortgage, and private lending products.
- Expand the client base and foster relationships with realtors, funders, and other business partners.
- Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers and support staff to achieve sales and production goals.
- Ensure loan applications comply with federal, state, and company guidelines and applicable industry regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day mortgage operations in the Las Vegas region, including pipeline management and loan processing from beginning to closing.
- Improve procedural efficiency and drive branch revenue by meeting or exceeding loan production targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Monitor mortgage market trends and interest rates and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
