About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time mobile veterinarian serving Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Elizabethtown, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian provides compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, typically two to five days per week, and an average of three to four appointments per day. Veterinarians practice independently while receiving onboarding, mentorship, support from experienced leaders, and access to a 24/7/365 Support Center. Part-time opportunities are available for two days per week, with a guaranteed annual base salary of $45,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
Valid U.S. driver's license.
Availability to work some weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Candidates are subject to a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their start date.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate mobile hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families.
