Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time mobile veterinarian serving Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, North Richland Hills, Benbrook, Colleyville, Crowley, Azle, Texas, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian provides compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in their homes. The role offers a flexible schedule of two to five days per week and an average of three to four appointments per day. Veterinarians practice independently while receiving comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, and support from a 24/7/365 Support Center. Two-day-per-week opportunities offer a guaranteed annual base salary of $55,000, plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Compensation details for three-, four-, and five-day schedules are available upon request.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or BVMS degree.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Candidates are subject to a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.
