Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Chester County, Pennsylvania, including Exton, Kennett Square, Phoenixville, Hamburg, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian practices independently while receiving support from a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals, including training, experienced mentors, practice managers, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Schedules are flexible, with opportunities to work two to five days per week. The role averages three to four appointments per day, allowing time to focus on families and reduce paperwork. Two-day-per-week positions offer a guaranteed annual base salary of $55,000, plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Compensation details for three-, four-, and five-day schedules are available upon request.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Subject to a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before the associated start date.
Responsibilities

- Conduct mobile appointments in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas.
- Work independently while using available mentorship and support resources.
