Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Montgomery County, Lansdale, Collegeville, Norristown, Eagleville, Ambler, Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. The role offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, with flexible scheduling and an average of three to four unhurried appointments per day. Veterinarians are supported by comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, experienced leaders available for consultation, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. The position is part of a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals. Two-day-per-week opportunities in Montgomery County offer a guaranteed annual base salary of $55,000, plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Compensation details for schedules of three, four, and five days per week are available upon request.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or BVMS degree.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Candidates are subject to post-hire background and motor vehicle record checks before their associated start date.
