Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love is hiring a full-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian practices independently in clients’ homes, supported by a community of veterinarians and support professionals, ongoing training, experienced mentors, practice managers, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Schedules are available for three, four, or five days per week, with an average of three to four appointments per day. Compensation varies by schedule: four-day positions start at $85,000, and five-day positions offer a $100,000 base salary, with additional bonus opportunities. Three-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available, with prorated compensation. The position offers a guaranteed base salary with no negative accrual.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or BVMS degree.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Candidates are subject to a background check and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.
