About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time Mobile Veterinarian serving Baltimore, Maryland, including Annapolis, Pasadena, Glen Burnie, Severna Park, Edgewater, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian provides compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families. The role offers flexible schedules of two to five days per week and an average of three to four unrushed appointments per day. Veterinarians practice independently while receiving comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, and support from a 24/7/365 Support Center. For two-day-per-week opportunities, the guaranteed base salary is $65,000 annually, with bonus opportunities and benefits. Compensation details for three-, four-, and five-day schedules are available upon request.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
Valid U.S. driver's license.
Availability to work some weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Candidates are subject to a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.
