Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time Mobile Veterinarian serving Greensboro, North Carolina, including High Point, Kernersville, Burlington, Browns Summit, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian provides compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families. The role offers flexible schedules of two to five days per week and an average of three to four unhurried appointments per day. Lap of Love is veterinarian-founded and owned, and supports its mobile veterinarians with comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, ongoing training, practice managers, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Two-day-per-week opportunities offer a guaranteed annual base salary of $45,000, plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Compensation details for schedules of three, four, or five days per week are available upon request.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or BVMS degree.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.
