Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love is hiring a part-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, Racine, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian-founded and owned organization offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, with a focus on professional fulfillment, personal freedom, and a supportive culture. The role offers flexible schedules of two to five days per week, with an average of three to four appointments per day. Veterinarians practice independently while receiving comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, and support from a 24/7/365 Support Center. Two-day-per-week opportunities offer a guaranteed annual base salary of $45,000, plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Compensation details for three-, four-, and five-day schedules are available upon request.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Subject to a background check and motor vehicle record check after hire and before the associated start date.
Responsibilities

- Conduct mobile veterinary appointments in the listed Wisconsin service areas.
