About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time mobile veterinarian serving Toledo, Ohio, including Perrysburg, Bowling Green, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian provides compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in their homes. The role offers flexible schedules of two to five days per week, with an average of three to four unhurried appointments per day. Part-time opportunities are available on a two-day-per-week schedule with a guaranteed annual base salary of $45,000, bonus opportunities, and benefits. Compensation details for three-, four-, and five-day schedules are available upon request. The position includes onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, and support from a 24/7/365 Support Center.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or BVMS.
Valid U.S. driver's license.
Availability to work some weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Candidates are subject to a post-hire background and motor vehicle record check before their associated start date.
