Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas. The role offers a schedule of two to five days per week, with an average of three to four unhurried appointments per day. Veterinarians work independently in the field while remaining connected to a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals. The company provides comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Two-day-per-week opportunities offer a guaranteed annual base salary of $55,000, plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Compensation details for three-, four-, and five-day schedules are available upon request. Some benefits are available only to full-time team members.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check after hire and before the associated start date.
