Part-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time Mobile Veterinarian serving Yardley, Buckingham, Newtown, Quakertown, Bristol, New Hope, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian provides compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in their homes, offering an alternative to traditional in-clinic practice. The role is designed to support professional fulfillment and personal freedom, with flexible schedules of two to five days per week and an average of three to four un-rushed appointments per day. Veterinarians are supported by comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, experienced leaders available for guidance, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Lap of Love is veterinarian-founded and owned and has a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals. Part-time opportunities are available at two days per week, with a guaranteed annual base salary of $55,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Compensation details for three-, four-, and five-day schedules are available upon request.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD), or Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVMS) degree.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Candidates are subject to a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.
Responsibilities
