About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a certified personal trainer to deliver mobile personal training to clients at their homes, offices, and other locations. The role offers flexible scheduling and part-time or full-time opportunities, with no gym membership sales or requirement to work from a single location. Trainers use the GYMGUYZ App to manage workouts and client information, and receive onboarding, ongoing training, and support. The posting lists pay as $33–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses, while its compensation statement gives a range of $29–$39 per hour. This franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent.
Have current CPR/AED certification.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between clients.
Be comfortable using mobile apps and technology.
Have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Deliver fun, personalized training sessions at clients’ homes and other locations.
Create and adjust workout programs based on client goals.
Track client progress and conduct fitness reassessments.
Use the GYMGUYZ App to manage workouts and client information.
Build strong client relationships and keep clients motivated.
Maintain professionalism and represent GYMGUYZ values in every session.
