Mobile Master Personal Trainer

About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to deliver mobile personal training and provide leadership for a team of trainers. The role involves working with clients in their homes, offices, and communities while supporting client success and helping develop a strong local fitness team. The trainer will lead by example, mentor other trainers, and contribute to the growth of the business and community relationships. Compensation is $38–$50 per hour, with performance bonuses. The schedule is flexible, and full-time availability is preferred. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

Certified Personal Trainer through an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
Current CPR/AED certification.
At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
Proven ability to deliver client results and mentor other trainers.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Comfortable using mobile apps and technology to manage training and client information.

Sales and field marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of personal trainers.
Conduct initial fitness assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Design and deliver personalized and small-group training sessions.
Monitor client progress and maintain high training standards.
Support sales goals and help convert prospective clients into active members.
Facilitate trainer development, workshops, and team meetings.
Participate in local marketing and community outreach activities.
