About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Personal Trainer to lead and mentor personal trainers while delivering mobile fitness training to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. The role combines client training, team development, client success oversight, and support for sales and community engagement. The Master Trainer will help shape a high-performing fitness culture and represent GYMGUYZ’s core values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE).

Compensation is $35–$40 per hour, with performance or sales bonuses and growth opportunities. The schedule is flexible, and the work offers daily variety through training outside a traditional gym. The franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer through an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certification.
• At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in achieving client results and mentoring teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
